Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays

We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders (if applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout

5. Delivery Delays

If delivery fails due to unavailability, the order may be returned to us

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that is:

Damaged
Opened or tampered

Please:

Do not accept the package (if possible)
Or record an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours

9. International Shipping

Currently, Covalor ships only within India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
