1. Return Eligibility (3-Day Policy)

We offer a 3-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in original packaging with all tags intact

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID/email)

Returns requested after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong product


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn products

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order ID and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

  4. If approved, return instructions will be provided


5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method


6. Replacement Option

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.


7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping

  • In other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer


8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider
